Do I need a card to start?

No. The Free Scan needs no card. A card comes in only when you buy a Fight Kit or In Your Corner for a case.

What counts as a case?

One bill dispute with one company. Related bills, insurance statements, notices, and their replies are all part of it. A different hospital, insurer, collector, or account is a new case.

Is this a subscription?

No. Every price on this page is one-time, per case. Nothing renews. There is nothing to cancel.

What if the fight runs long?

The case stays open while the fight is moving. Any letter, send, or uploaded reply restarts a 90‑day window. Three letters are included. If you need a fourth, it is $15 inside the same case. You never buy a second kit for the same bill. If nothing happens for 90 days, the case goes quiet. It reopens free.

What does "founding price" mean?

$99 is the launch price for In Your Corner. It applies to the first 25 In Your Corner cases. After that the standard price is $129. The counter on the card is live.

Do you mail the letters?

With the Fight Kit, you do. The packet has the file to print, envelope instructions, and a script for the post office counter. Certified mail runs about $11 there. With In Your Corner, we print and send up to two letters by certified mail and save the tracking and proof of delivery. Their reply comes to you, not to us. Upload it. BillFighter reads it, prepares the next letter, and sends it. If something needs a human judgment call, a person steps in.

Is this legal advice?
