Delete Your BillFighter™ Account.

On the web, sign in and go to Settings → Delete account, then confirm with your email. In the BillFighter app, go to Settings and tap "Delete Account." Either way, your account and all associated data are permanently deleted.

When you delete your account, the following is permanently removed: your letters, cases, profile information, authentication data, and your email address from our mailing list.

This includes any dispute letters, debt validation requests, case records, bill analysis results, and any other content associated with your account.

Deleting your account removes your case records, letters, and analysis results from our systems right away, and removes your email address from our mailing list. The deletion is irreversible.

Two things are handled separately: residual copies inside our encrypted database backups are removed within 7 days, as those backups rotate out of retention; and we keep a minimal deletion record — your account email and the date — only as needed for fraud prevention, security, and legal compliance.

If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing hello@billfighter.com. Please include the email address associated with your account so we can locate and remove your data.
